3D planning and PSI for the treatment of osteotomies has become standard. 3D analysis of bone deformations or malunited bones in comparison with the mirrored opposite side or a statistical shape model helps at all to understand the malformation and allows an exact quantification. This is the basis for an optimal operation planning, be it for osteotomies with patient specific instrumentation with cutting, drilling and reposition guides, for a short analysis of a complex distal radius fracture or the best position of an ulnar head prosthesis. Bring your own computer (Windows) with you where the 3D software CASPA will be installed. You will learn the basics of planning an osteotomy: handling 3D bone models, automatic registration, cutting and shifting bone fragments, building up cutting- and reposition guides.

Ce 6ème séminaire sera consacré aux "Tendons-Enthèses-Muscles", des structures essentielles qui représentent un motif fréquent de consultation en pathologie ostéoarticulaire. Conçu comme un rendez-vous multidisciplinaire, regroupant tous les spécialistes utilisant l'imagerie ostéoarticulaire, il a pour objectif de donner aux participants, quelle que soit leur spécialité, les moyens d’interpréter avec précision les examens d’imagerie et de se perfectionner dans la réalisation des échographies musculo-nerveuses. À travers une approche alliant théorie et pratique, ce séminaire leur permettra d’acquérir des compétences approfondies pour une meilleure prise en charge diagnostique et thérapeutique des pathologies affectant ces structures. L’organisation du séminaire reposera sur trois formats d’intervention complémentaires : 1. Exposés conventionnels au pupitre, apportant un éclairage théorique approfondi. 2. Exposés courts avec corrélations anatomiques-IRM-échographie et démonstrations pratiques sur échographe, avec une projection simultanée de schémas anatomiques et d’une échographie live pour illustrer la démarche d’examen, suivis d’une analyse de cas cliniques. 3. Exposés courts avec démonstration pratique suivie d’une session interactive, où les participants prendront eux-mêmes en main la sonde sous supervision, dans une approche immersive « À vous la sonde ». Ce format structuré et interactif favorisera l’acquisition de compétences pratiques essentielles en IRM et échographie des tendons, enthèses, muscles et nerfs.
