Die Klinik für Chirurgie des Kantonsspital Aarau veranstaltet wöchentlich eine 1-stündige Fortbildungsveranstaltung am Kantonsspital Aarau. Diese Veranstaltung richtet sich primär an alle Ärzte der Klinik, aber auch Ärzte anderer Kliniken sind willkommen. Die Themen wechseln wöchentlich und sind stets auf die medizinische Behandlung unserer Patienten und den klinischen Betrieb fokussiert. Die Referenten sind meist Ärzte in einer Führungsposition welche am KSA tätig sind oder extern tätige Kollegen. Gelegentlich sind die Referenten aus dem therapeutischen/administrativen Bereich der Klinik wie zum Beispiel Ergotherapie/Physiotherapie/Ernährungsberatung/Qualitätsmanagement/Rechtsdienst/Spitalhygiene etc. .

Description:
Das interdisziplinäre Tumorboard ist zentrales Diskussionsforum von Patienten mit malignen oder unklaren Erkrankungen, die einen interdisziplinären Therapieansatz erfordern. Es findet wöchentlich statt. Zwischen 15 und 30 Teilnehmer unter Federführung der Viszeralchirurgie werden in einem Zeitrahmen von etwa einer Stunden etwa 10-15 Fälle besprochen und das weitere Prozedere festgelegt. Sowohl Assistenten als auch Unterassistenten der entsprechend beteiligten Kliniken sind willkommen.

Nous offrons avec la YSSA la possibilité aux étudiants de s'entrainer à la suture. Les tuteurs sont des étudiants formés par un chirurgien du service de chirurgie viscéral du HUG. Nous avons créé un e-learning qui est distribué aux étudiants qui suivent notre cours, qui contient les différents points importants réaliser pour des sutures, les bases de l'anesthésie générale et l'utilisation de gants stériles. Ces cours de suture sont organisés par la YSSA en session de 3 cours et sont offerts 2 fois par année, 1x par semestre. La durée n'est pas connu mais nous espérons implanter des cours pérennes. La durée remplie d'une année a été rempli de manière fictive car nous espérons qu'il n'y ait pas de fin. Mais pour le début, nous allons nos premiers cours au mois de janvier.

Der Grundkurs Abdomen richtet sich an Ärzte, welche gerne Ultraschall Untersuchungen durchführen würden, bisher aber noch keine Kenntnisse auf diesem Gebiet erworben haben. Physikalische und anatomische Grundlagen ebenso wie Kenntnisse über das Ultraschallgerät sind für eine Ultraschalluntersuchung wichtig. Am 28. Januar 2026 wird der Kongress am Park zum zentralen Treffpunkt für internationale Expertinnen und Experten, wenn erstmals die Safety Camp 2026 – Die 1. Konferenz für medizinische Sicherheit – stattfinden wird. Die Kooperation des Universitätsklinikums Augsburg (UKA) und der Augsburger Allgemeinen setzt damit ein deutliches Zeichen für mehr Sicherheit in der Medizin in Zeiten geopolitischer und gesundheitlicher Herausforderungen. Die Veranstaltung bringt rund 1.000 Teilnehmende aus Medizin, Wirtschaft und Politik zusammen, um Patientensicherheit, Cybersicherheit und Krisenresilienz im Gesundheitssystem zu diskutieren. Ziel ist die Entwicklung einer neuen Sicherheitskultur, die sich von den Operationssälen bis in politische und wirtschaftliche Entscheidungszentren erstreckt. In interaktiven Formaten, Podien und Networking-Lounges werden aktuelle Fragestellungen und Lösungsansätze aufgezeigt. Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen, jedes Jahr stellen wir uns wieder die Frage, ob es noch offene Fragen und ungelöste Probleme in der Endoprothetik des Hüft- und Kniegelenkes gibt, die einen Kongress notwendig machen. Auch in diesem Jahr lautet unsere Antwort wieder ganz klar: Ja! Moderne Techniken und hochwertige Implantate erlauben eine immer einfachere und bessere Versorgung unserer Patienten. Gleichzeitig steigen im gleichen Umfang die Anforderungen, die Patientinnen und Patienten an die Qualität unserer Arbeit stellen. Damit verbunden stellt sich immer mehr die Frage, welche der kostspieligen Technologien tatsächlich notwendig sind. Was brauchen wir an Investitionen? Welche Optimierungen im Behandlungsprozess Endoprothetik führen zu besseren klinischen Ergebnissen oder verringern bei gleichen Ergebnissen die Kosten? Wovon hängt die Zufriedenheit unserer Patienten ab, die sich immer umfangreicher vor der Behandlung im Internet informieren? Wir leben in Zeiten von ChatGPT and AI und werden mit wissenschaftlichen Artikeln förmlich „überschwemmt“. Immer schwieriger ist die Frage zu beantworten, was ist wahr und was sind „alternative Fakten“? Umso mehr ist der direkte Austausch zwischen Kollegen von herausragender Bedeutung. Dies trifft nicht nur auf den deutschsprachigen Raum, sondern auch auf die internationalen Experten zu. Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr insbesondere Gäste aus Europa eingeladen haben, wollen wir diesmal unseren Schwerpunkt auch wieder auf andere Kontinente legen. Die Ziele dort sind dieselben, die treibenden Faktoren und die Bedingungen sind jedoch andere. So existieren viele wissenschaftliche Themen zu denen unterschiedliche Einschätzungen vorliegen. Hier sind u.a. die Robotik, die Implantatwahl und die Therapie der periprothetischen Infektionen zu nennen. Es gibt also genug Gründe, die auch in 2026 unseren Kongress wieder sinnvoll und notwendig erscheinen lassen. Wir laden Sie daher ein, mit uns die vielen offenen Fragen zu diskutieren, resultierende Probleme zu reflektieren, interessante Fälle mitzubringen und mit uns neue Behandlungskonzepte zu besprechen. Stellen Sie Ihre Überlegungen den Teilnehmern vor und lassen uns gemeinsam davon profitieren. Sie haben bis zum 01.09.2025 die Möglichkeit, Abstracts einzureichen. Die Anlage eines Venflons ist, wie wir alle wissen, zum Teil und vor allem bei gewissen Patientengruppen (Polytoxikomanie, Adipositas, Chemotherapie etc.) sehr schwierig und zeitaufwändig. Seit Ende der 90-er Jahre ist eine Methode beschrieben, wie man Venen mit Hilfe des Ultraschalls einfach lokalisieren und dann punktieren kann. Gerne möchten wir diese Methode auch im Notfallzentrum einführen, dies für die Berufsgruppen Pflege und Ärzte. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir in regelmässigen Abständen interprofessionelle Workshops an, welche anhand praktischer Arbeiten am Phantom diese Methode vermittelt und insbesondere auch die Einfach-heit der Bedienung des Ultraschallgerätes zeigen soll.

In diesem fünftägigen Kurs lernen die Teilnehmenden die notwendigen Strategien und praktischen Fertigkeiten, wie sie als Ärztinnen und Ärzte mit wenig praktischer Erfahrung ihren Notfallpatientinnen und -patienten kompetent und selbstbewusst begegnen können. Dabei werden einfache wie auch vital bedrohliche Situationen mit unterschiedlichen Fachpersonen besprochen und vor allem trainiert. Für diesen Kurs sind keine fundamentalen klinischen Erfah- rungen notwendig. Der Kurs richtet sich bewusst an die in der Notfallmedizin unerfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Zudem wird der Schwerpunkt auf die Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Notfall eines Spitals gelegt. Auf die Erstversorgung ausserhalb des Spitals wird bewusst nicht eingegangen. Der Kurs setzt sich zu 60 Prozent aus praktischen Übungen und zu 40 Prozent aus Vorträgen zusammen. Ein Teil der praktischen Übungen werden an Humanpräparaten durchgeführt.

Häusliche Gewalt ist ein komplexes und vielschichtiges Problem, das oft von gesellschaftlichen Klischees und Erwartungen geprägt ist. So sind zum Beispiel Männer nicht nur Täter, sondern können auch Opfer häuslicher Gewalt werden, sei diese physischer oder psychischer Natur. Diese Dynamik wird oft verschwiegen, da Männer sich gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen an Männlichkeit stellen müssen, die Schwäche oder Hilflosigkeit oft ausschliessen. Auch die Rolle des Mannes als Gewaltausübender gilt es differenziert zu betrachten. Anstatt ihn nur als Täter zu sehen, müssen wir auch die sozialen und psychologischen Faktoren berücksichtigen, welche zu gewalttätigem Verhalten führen können. Die 5. Fachtagung zum Thema Häusliche Gewalt soll einen Beitrag zu einer offenen Diskussion über Männlichkeit, Gewalt und Emotionen leisten.
